Established in 2008, Encore Maintenance Solutions CC was formed to meet the industrial sector's need for skilled, reliable maintenance labour — responding to plant breakdowns, civil work and plumbing needs that major companies often lack the in-house capacity to handle. The company is 100% black-owned and holds B-BBEE Level 1 status.
The business is led by Managing Director Paul Naidoo, a qualified Mechanical Fitter with 25 years' experience across fabrication, mechanical and maintenance operations, building maintenance and civil construction, supported by Operations Manager Brandon Ramwudit. Our teams have delivered maintenance and civil contracts for clients including Tronox, Mondi, Richards Bay Minerals, Bell Equipment and South32.
